The production of glass wine cabinets is a comprehensive task that combines furniture craftsmanship, deep processing techniques of glass and lighting technology. Its manufacturing process can vary greatly depending on the material and design, but it can mainly be divided into the following core parts:


I. Cabinet Structure and Base Material Process


This is the framework of the wine cabinet, which determines its basic form, load-bearing capacity and style.


1. Substrate selection


Solid wood: It is often used in high-end custom wine cabinets. It has a warm texture, is environmentally friendly and durable, but it is expensive and sensitive to temperature and humidity.


· Artificial board: The most commonly used base material.


· Density board (MDF) : With a smooth surface, it is easy to be shaped by baking varnish, film pressing, etc., and has a high cost performance.

1. Glass type selection
