Fire and emergency evacuation rescue drill plan

Objective: To enhance the response capabilities of all staff to sudden fire accidents, strengthen employees' safety awareness and self-protection awareness, reduce and avoid the serious consequences of fire accidents, and ensure the normal operation of the enterprise's production and business activities. At the same time, it tests the employees' correct use of various protective equipment and fire-fighting facilities, their emergency response capabilities for accident rescue, and their emergency evacuation capabilities. While enhancing the safety awareness of all staff, through drills, it enables employees to master the emergency rescue operation procedures and methods proficiently, and improves the coordination and combat capabilities of various departments and teams.

Five Preparations before the Drill:

Notify the entire company one day before the drill to avoid unnecessary panic.

2. Prepare the following rescue supplies before the drill:

10 fire-fighting containers, 5 fire buckets, 4 pairs of plastic-coated gloves, 2 medical kits for on-site rescue equipment and first aid medicines, cleaning agents, several fire-fighting devices, warning isolation belts, and sleeve covers. And check the integrity of the equipment. All participants should take good care of their personal labor protection, such as safety helmets, work clothes and work shoes.

Six Accident Assumptions:

Workers in the workshop discovered a fire in the tempering furnace and some people were injured. After the initial handling, the situation could not be effectively controlled, so they promptly reported it to the company's competent department. Upon receiving the alarm, the company's emergency office immediately organized the company's rescue and repair team, logistics support, environmental monitoring, etc. to rush to the scene based on the actual situation, and immediately activated the company's fire emergency plan. After the handling by the company's rescue and repair team, The accident was brought under control and the fire was extinguished.

Seven Requirements before the drill

All the staff members of each department studied and trained the relevant content earnestly and actively participated in the drill.

The team leaders organized the study on the use of training equipment and related rescue tasks.

During the drill, personnel at all levels and professional teams cooperated with each other, fought in unison, obeyed orders and followed instructions.

The heads of each team should carefully carry out the safety work of their teams to prevent accidents from happening.

Eight Precautions during the drill

All debris near the selected area must be cleared away.

When emergency rescue team members are engaged in rescue operations, they must remain within the safe zone.

To ensure the smooth progress of the drill, irrelevant personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the emergency area during the drill.

After the drill is over, the chief commander of the drill will announce the end of the drill. No one is allowed to leave the assembly site in advance.

After the drill is over, personnel should be arranged to clean up the site.

Nine Drill Procedures (Drill Steps)

Worker Guo Zhaohu from Workshop 1 discovered that the tempering furnace was on fire and immediately reported it to production Manager Wang Libo. Wang Libo promptly informed the emergency office.

After receiving the report, the company's emergency office promptly established an emergency command leading group with the company's general manager as the chief commander, and informed the rescue and repair team, the company's logistics support team, and the environmental monitoring team by phone to rush to the scene and required them to bring the corresponding protective equipment.

The command team promptly rushed to the scene and set up a field command center on the open ground in front of the workshop, and issued corresponding orders to the arriving small teams.

After the rescue team, logistics support team and others arrived at the scene, according to the orders of the command center, the members of the rescue team immediately took the corresponding tools and entered the scene for rescue. The logistics team immediately set up a cordon, evacuated the crowd, and, based on the weather and wind direction of the day, instructed the workshop staff to immediately stop work and evacuate the site. Meanwhile, the environmental monitoring team tests the surrounding air to determine the safe area. The logistics support team, based on the safe area demarcated by the environmental monitoring team, requires people to gather here when evacuating.

While the personnel were being evacuated, the logistics support team dispatched search and rescue personnel to conduct a search and rescue operation in the workshop and provide on-site first aid to the injured employees.

After entering the scene, the rescue team immediately began to put out the fire and reported to the chief commander that the fire had been successfully extinguished.

After conducting search and rescue operations, the logistics support team reported the injured and casualties at the scene to the chief commander.

The chief commander announced the lifting of the alert status based on the reports from each team.

Each responsible department should lead their team members to the assembly point to count the number of people.
